These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WZUP, located at www.wzup.us ("Service"), operated by WZUP ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
WZUP is a tool that analyzes images, image URLs, and event page URLs using AI to extract structured calendar event information. The output is provided for your personal use and convenience. WZUP does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of extracted event data.
You must be at least 13 years old to use WZUP. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
You may use WZUP for lawful personal or professional purposes. You agree not to:
You retain all ownership of the images, files, and URLs you submit. By submitting content to WZUP, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process that content solely for the purpose of delivering the Service to you.
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to submit any content you provide. Do not submit images or URLs containing sensitive personal information, confidential material, or content you do not have the rights to share.
Event data returned by WZUP is generated using AI and may contain errors, omissions, or inaccuracies. You should verify extracted event information before relying on it for scheduling, travel, or other decisions. WZUP is not liable for actions taken based on extracted event data.
The Service uses third-party AI and infrastructure providers to process content. By using WZUP, you acknowledge that your submitted content may be transmitted to these providers in accordance with their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party practices.
All WZUP branding, interface design, code, and original content are owned by or licensed to us. Nothing in these Terms grants you a license to use our intellectual property outside of normal use of the Service.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or complete. Your use of the service is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, WZUP and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed $100.
You agree to indemnify and hold WZUP and its operators harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your use of the Service, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any such changes.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which WZUP is operated, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
